Who I am and what you can expect from me 

I was born and raised in Franconia, Germany. I have lived in Istanbul, Dhaka, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, and Bavaria for several years. Due to my training as a graduate economist, international economic relations, and Near Eastern studies, combined with intensive experience abroad, it is easy for me to connect to different cultures and personalities. This is how I generate dynamism and enthusiasm for new paths.

My professional experience since 2000: From operational management responsibility to in-house consulting to external organizational and personal business coach.

Different organisations, companies and personalities in Europe, Asia and Germany have entrusted me with complex and sensitive tasks for more than 20 years. Missions in which I was able to bring success to mergers, organizational developments, new business ideas, new working methods and structures with managers and employees through my personal commitment and role model function.
